ReStore Assistant Manager, Mission Valley

The ReStore Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the ReStore. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Qualified individuals should have a proven track record of achievement in planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the ReStore. Support and promote the mission of San Diego Habitat for Humanity to the highest standard of personal and professional integrity.

ReStore Donation Pick-up Driver, San Diego County

This individual is responsible for the safe pick-up and secure delivery of donations to the ReStores. The successful candidate will be able to enhance effective pick-up operations, maintain the efficient flow of donations into and out of the ReStore, and safely pick-up and deliver items using a box and flatbed truck. Qualified individuals should have a proven track record of safely operating box and flatbed trucks to enable the optimum performance of the ReStore. Must support and promote the mission of San Diego Habitat for Humanity to the highest standard of personal and professional integrity.

ReStore Warehouse Associates, Escondido, National City, and Mission Valley

The ReStore Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing superior service to all ReStore customers.  The successful candidate will be able to meet the demands of receiving donations and unloading trucks, assisting customers with their purchases, and accurately and efficiently handling all customer transactions. Qualified individuals must be able to provide customers and donors with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service at all times. Must support and promote the mission of San Diego Habitat for Humanity to the highest standard of personal and professional integrity.

AmeriCorps Opportunities

San Diego Habitat for Humanity is proud to host AmeriCorps Members!  AmeriCorps is the national service initiative that provides community service opportunities to people of all ages and backgrounds. AmeriCorps is a 10-12 month volunteer service term.

Through their service, AmeriCorps members address critical needs in local communities. Habitat for Humanity works with AmeriCorps members to build homes and relationships with our families and volunteers.
