Libby Lake Village is a community of 20 single-family homes.

Interested Families: Are you dreaming of homeownership? If you have always wanted to be a homeowner, but never thought you could afford it, please attend a San Diego Habitat for Humanity family orientation meeting. SDHFH selects families based on three criteria:
1. Demonstrated need for improved housing: for example, poorly maintained rental unit, overcrowded conditions and/or cost of rent that is over 50% of total gross monthly income.

2. Willingness to partner with SDHFH: Each family must be willing to complete 250 - 500hours of volunteer "sweat equity" per adult applicant, attend homeowner education workshops and be an active member of the homeowners' association.

3. Ability to pay a monthly mortgage Your family must fall within the following income guidelines for the past three years:
