Join. Learn. Lead. AmeriCorps and Habitat - the perfect pair.

San Diego Habitat for Humanity is very grateful to be a host site for the 2008-2009 AmeriCorps programs! The team members come from all around the country to give a year of service to our affiliate. They bring hard work, expertise, and a willing heart to our affiliate.

AmeriCorps is a network of national service programs created in 1993 that engages more than 50,000 Americans each year in service in our communities. San Diego Habitat for Humanity is one of over 41 Habitat*AmeriCorps sites around the country. This year we hire an AmeriCorps team that is dedicated to making a difference and is willing to commit 11 months of service to SDHFH. Our AmeriCorps members are an integral part of the San Diego affiliate and we are very proud of all they accomplish!
