Description
San Diego Habitat for Humanity, Inc., is currently
developing Libby Lake Village,
consisting of 20 single-family, for-sale homes on
a 2.67-acre parcel located at the corner of North
River Road and Calle Montecito. Each unit will have
3 or 4 bedrooms, one full bath, and one three-quarter
bath. The initial sales price will be affordable
to families with incomes of less than 80 percent
of the area median income. Five units are at or
below 50% AMI; five units at or below 60% AMI; five
unites at or below 70% AMI; and five units at or
below 80% AMI. The City of Oceanside will help fund
this project and the homes will stay affordable
for 55 years. This is the largest development SDHFH
has ever undertaken and we are excited to be partnering
with the City of Oceanside and our carefully selected
design team to create this unique neighborhood model.
